The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) provides an array of funding for local community initiatives, including assistance for program-eligible households in areas such as education, employment, emergency, energy, health, housing, nutrition, and youth leadership.Community programs were established to reduce poverty while revitalizing families
toward self-sufficiency. DCCAA’s CSBG local initiatives include programs such as the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) and the

An applicant’s total family income must not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. To see if you meet the income requirements, please review the poverty guidelines.
